One question that has haunted me for the past few years is "what do I want the end goal of SomethingOS to be?"

With no real objective, I've always felt like exploring SomethingOS' world felt both unchallenging, and kind of pointless. Hypnospace Outlaw presents a challenge through your enforcer position. You're trying to find people who are breaking the rules. I've seriously considered having SomethingOS also be about the enforcer/moderator role, however I wanted SomethingOS to be different from Hypnospace in that sense.

But now, after a lot of thinking, I've finally got it.

Anime titties.

SomethingOS will be about discovering the internet and trying to find some anime porn.

This will present a similar gameplay loop as Hypnospace Outlaw, however the entire game will feature one big puzzle rather than several small ones. It may take a lot of time, money, and playtests in order to get players feeling as though they are progressing, but I believe it will be well worth it.

I only have a few very rough tests so far, but It feels VERY good to finally have this problem approaching being solved.
